What is EPC? 

“EPC” stands for Extended Plant Count. The extended plant count membership is an option for Medical cannabis patients looking to grow more than 6 plants or buy more than 2 Ounces of cannabis per day. 

 

What is required to shop EPC?

Getting a medical marijuana card or EPC in Colorado is easy!
In order to get your medical card or extended plant count limits, you will need to schedule an evaluation with a licensed medical marijuana doctor. There are numerous certified professionals in the Denver, Glendale area, but here are a few of our favorites, which are located within 20 minutues from both Life Flower Dispensary locations:

Switch your extended plant count registration to Life Flower Dispensary by following these easy steps, or give us a call at (720)389-7442 

  • First, you’ll want to Notify your previous dispensary in writing.
    • If you are a member at another Dispensary, you will need to contact them by email to ask for removal as a member.
  • Next, you will head in to either Life Flower Dispensary location.

What to bring with you to Life Flower: 

  • Written/Printed notification to end membership with previous Dispensary
  • Copy of Physician’s Certificate as issued by CDPHE
  • Uniform Certification Form
  • Valid ID
  • Patient Registry Card (Med Card)
